Hi I am new to Windows Server 2003 and I have recently been employed by a company that is using this software on their network. However, I would like to change the desktop to give the company an active desktop for the users that use the PCs within the company but the engineer that installed the server has set the permissions to stop user s from changing the desktop settings, going into the control panel and using the run command etc. Is it possible to edit the permissions, in order to enable these functionalities? If any one knows please let me know, thank you for your help…
