Hi, I like to ask how we can set restricted rights on a user but yet give user the rights to enable or disable certain services. Is this possible in Windows XP SP2? I understand that we are able to add users to multiple groups. (Eg. For user set as restricted to be allowed to change their IP settings, we can add them under 'Network Configuration Operators') Is this also possible for providing rights to change services settings for restricted user?
