Error at the time of Creating set up in setup factory, Need Help

Hi,

I m developing project in vb6, Sql Server, Crystal Report 8.5.

But at the time of build setup in Setup factory 6.0 it gives error
“Coulnt open input file for compression: C:\WINDOWS\System32\..\Crystal”.

But when i use installshied 10.5, it also give error at the time of build “‘C:\WINDOWS\crystal’ for reading “Access is denied.”

Can anyone plz help me to resolve this issue?
