Whenever I open Internet Explorer, there will always be a massage saying?Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close?. It’s always like that. And whenever I click on any icon on my screen anthoer message will appear saying:explorer.exe encountered an error needs to close:and my screen will suddenly turns to black and it will open again, then I can click and open the icon.But the speaker on the lower right corner of my screen is gone. If I close the icon and open it again, same thing will happen. Any suggestion/s on what must I do to correct this?
