Exchange 2003

by jonastevens . Updated 17 years, 4 months ago

I have about 130 email boxes on a new Exchange 2003 server I am setting up. I hae alotted 10GB of space on a separate parttion than everything else for log files. On average I see the drive space go down 1-2GB per day and then after full nightly backup they are flushed. Should this be ok or should I give more space to these log files for some other reason? I do not plan on adding many more users for a long time.

In addition of have given 185GB of space to the priv database and 40GB to the pub. Our pub files currently are about 15GB and are used very little. Each of these is on a separate partition of a RAID 10 config.
