Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.
When sending mail to certain people I get the following message.

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.
Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.

mailrecpient@anywhare.com

To further trouble this I emailed the user using my yahoo.com account and cc: my other email. I received reply from the user on both email accounts, I then reply back using the other email account( this is the one getting message delay) and user received. User reply back and I received fine. It appears the following message only happen when generate a new email to the user.

We are running exchange 2003 and I don?t see NDR for this. I do see other NDR in event log but not for the issue here. Is this delay caused on our end or their end? From the troubleshooting steps it appears to be our end, If on our end, how can we resolve it?

HELP….and manyThanks

More notes, on the front end server using nslookup and got the domain internet mail address but unable to telnet to the address using port 25. Is this network issue, is so why m I able reply to the user.
