Exchange 2003 did not deliver an emailLocked
I am running Exchange on Windows server 2003 SBS version.
Today, i had a user CT reported not receiving an external email when the other users on the recipient list did receive the email. I searched the tracking log in the server, and I did see that particular email was delivered to the other recipients, but just not CT. However, I’m sure that the email did reach the exchange server, for I have another spam filter server showing the delivery of that email to CT.
Would someone please kindly help me on this? It didn’t seem to be the first incident as someone reported similar issue to me, but I just was not able to dig into the log for the issue.
