Today one of my customers exceeded thier 18Gb mailbox store limit, causing the store to dismount – so I have asked them to do some housekeeping (whilst quietly upgrading the store limit to 30Gb)
This company uses email for a great deal of business communications and they would like to keep and archive of their email off the exchange server.
The normal Outlook “Auto Archive” feature would be ideal, however we wish to centrally manage this and set the archive (.PST would do great) to be sent to the users shared network folder on a scheduled basis. Anyone know of something suitable?
