When I test exchange server with “Microsoft Exchange Server Best Practisec Analyze Tool”, the conectivity report gives that
.Exchange: Registry Could not be accessed.
.Exchange: WMI could not be accessed.
“Best Practisec Analyze Tool” installed on the same computer that exchange 2003 running and the server is windows 2003 enterprise.
Also I took the following event viever erros

Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. Check the event log for possible messages previously logged by the policy engine that describes the reason for this.

Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO CN={31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-
What could be the solution of this problem.
