Exchange 2003 problem

ok I am going to install exchange server 2003, what now what do i have to do now? the scenario is, i have a 2MBPS DSL and my DSL has dynamic IP from my ISP, my domain is live and it has a static IP,
my question is what should i do to configure my domain in exchange server to recieve send emails, will i need a PUBLIC IP?

Please answer my problems its urgent

surely your ISP has provided you with a public IP address
do you mean to use dynamic dns service to map dynamic IP from ISP to static IP of website?
(plus its 2Mb/s...)

no i already registered domain of my company and my domain host ip. i dont want to use dynamic dns. i need to know that can i use my existing dsl account for exchange or i have to take a public ip from my isp, my isp provides dynamics ip to their costumers
