My company is using an Exchange 5.5 server and is running OWA for some remote users. Our issue is that one of the users here in headquarters is using Office 2003, and recently attachments that are sent using OWA are not showing in the email that is recieved. I have found that there was similar issue with exchange 2007 and outlook 2003 and tried the work arounds and had success using them. I’m needing to know if there is a similar fix for this issue with Exchange 5.5 and Office 2003. Upper management is not satisfied with just using the work arounds, even though this is effecting only one user.
