Exchange error

Working with user and noticed whenever emailed a specific non local domain, received error" There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
#5.5.0 smtp;550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local. I eventually tried this from my email account and received same error message. any ideas on how to resolve this.

Or all external domains?

Sounds like a MX and/or A record issue.

Normally means the message can't be relayed...

Looks like the distant-end mail server is advising that the mailbox is not a valid one. Not telling you anything you don't already know, but there isn't anything you can do on your end about this -- other than making sure you have used the correct mailbox name. If the box is valid, the folks on the distant end would need to look into why their server won't accept it.
