Exchange, need to divert all mails from a common address to a single user

Hi
Im currently transfering an old mail server to a Virtual Host( exchange 2003), and im having issues matching the origional set up.

The Enviroment is a Test Infrastructure revolving around IIS and smtp.

The Exchange Server is win Svr 2K3 and exchange 2003.

The test is Passing hundreds of default emails through the webpages on IIS and SMTP is then passing the reply’s out to hundreds of different emails all ending in a default @email.com.

Its being routed through DNS to the DC where there is a forwarder to email.com, which is held on the Exchange server.

In DNS on the Exchange Server the is a Host A record and an MX recording pointing to email.com.

The issue im having is although the Administrators mail box is set up and the only reference with a connector is SMTP which is configured with the default mail address of @email.com.

I cant see how all the mail ending with @email.com no matter who the user is,is being routed to the administrators mail box.

How would this normally be achieved?

Any help would be apreciated.

Cheers
