Exchange Server 2003 in Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition

I need to install a new Exchange Server 2003 in Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition. I already have the CD installer but I need the step on the installation and how to configure it on a user. Can anybody help me how to configure it on my server.
