Hi my name is Scott.
Our company hosts a series of email servers for our clients. Last thursday, around 7pm or so, we started having major issues with this server. It still accepts incoming emails just fine and we get them quickly. But our problem is our outgoing mail- the mail comes back as “delayed” and never actually reaches its destination because it’s TTL expires and fails to deliver.
Any thoughts to why this would happen? We haven’t changed anything on it that would spark this, and we’ve restarted our exchange server as well. Thanks! We have Microsoft Small Business Server 2003. We can still access our exchange via remote.
