Exchange Settings through group policy

I am trying to setup user accounts so that their exchange mailbox settings follow them when they switch workstation and no interaction is required to configure. I would like to do this through group policy but am quite prepared to try any automated system. We are using Exchange 2003, on Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Server - SP1 & the client is Outlook 2003.

No, you cannot do this through group policy. But you can set it up using Office Resource Kit tools such as Profile or Maintenance wizard tools to generate profiles.

I had a look at this option which would appear best suited within a roaming profile scenario. Ours currently sit locally.

If you run these tools in your login script then I'm sure they will work just as well with local profiles too.
