Exchange Settings through group policy

I am trying to setup user accounts so that their exchange mailbox settings follow them when they switch workstation and no interaction is required to configure. I would like to do this through group policy but am quite prepared to try any automated system. We are using Exchange 2003, on Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise Server – SP1 & the client is Outlook 2003.
