Set up a server room in NYC. Locate redundant, clusterd servers to run Exchange and two more redundant clustered servers for AD. Install a backup diesle generator to provide power during power outages. Connect building it the Interent via redundant Verizon OC3 lines and reduntant Time Warner OC3 lines.

Duplicate this setup in LA. Connect each office with redundant OC3 lines from phone company and cable company. Provide emergancy diesel generator power for each office.

Duplicate this setup for the home of each executive.

Use a VPN for connectivity. Set up a firewall for each server and computer and install a spam filtering software. All copmuters should have anit-virus and anti-spyware software.

All hardware should be military grade. Full system backups should be performed hourly with tapes duplicated and stored off site.
