I am supporting approximatley 20 sites that connect to a application provided through a ASP. Some of the sites are working just fine, however, there are a few external sites (Rural sites)that seem to have constant issues.
A few issues are as follows:
On initial login to the app, the application seems to be connecting, then the screen will stop and display white page. The app does not come back, you then have to try to reload the page again.
When you get logged in, the same issue can happen when you switch from one module to another inside the application. Does not happen all of the time, but it does happen. Very frusterating..
Now, we have had the ISP check the traffic coming out of these sites (they say that it is all good). We have used a port aggregator to record the data coming out of the site, it all seems good. We have upgraded the DSL feed to a 15M download / 1.5 upload. Still the same issue.
This is happening to all of the PC’s in these clinics. Even if we run only 1 or 2 PC’s at a time, the issue will still happen. I am not sure where to look next. Anyone have any suggestions? I think that it is the ISP, but they tell me that it isn’t there connection that is the problem.

Internal LAN Linksys switch 10/ 100 / 1000(Forget what the model right now)
Router Cisco / Linksys RV042
DSL – Up to (15M down / 1.5 Up)
