EYQQ error

I am now recieving a program error on my pc that states if this persists contact the vendor.
It is EYQQ, any ideas how to fix this.

It was after installing MGI PhotoSuite4.

Check for viruses. W32.Bugbear.B@mm
When W32.Bugbear.B@mm runs, it copies itself to the \Startup folder as a filename, which is composed of a few characters, such as ????.exe, where the question mark symbol (?) represents the letters that the worm chooses.
