my pc when started displays the windows xp start up page followed by the dell start up page but then no matter what i do it always takes me to the windows did not start successfully. a recent hardware or software change might have caused this! choose how to start windows: safe mode last know good config or start windows normally. no matter what my choice it always brings me back to this? is there any way of getting through or around this? this pc is only a month old and the user holds all the accounts etc for us here in Iraq for us to carry out our work. many thanks
