We have a software program that we load to our agents PC’s. Upon installation the EXE file used to launch the program has a Creation and Modify date of 12-17-01 and a time of 8:45. We have noticed on a couple of XP computers the time is 9:45 exactlyone hour different. We have tried to replicate the problem by changing time zones and Daylight savings time, but have been unable to duplicate.
Does anybody have an idea on why the time is one hour ahead?
