i purchased dtidata.com ‘s 400.00 file recovery late last year and now that i have missplaced the floppy that i made for their software after downloading it they want 100.00 dollars more to give me the id and ability to redownload it again What a major ripoff as noone told me this was that important and there is no mention of it on there web site even Microsoft only charges shipping for a new cd of xp and your done STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOREVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
