I work for a small management consultancy. We have offices in 3 cities and 13 total employees. We are looking to develop a solution that allows people from different offices to work together on a document. THis means we would like a real-time collaboration option, we would like to be able to put files in a place everyone can access, and ideally we would like that master file to synchronize when anyone makes changes. My bosses has said clearly that they do not want to get a server (which would solve these problems). Any ideas on hosted solutions that can do this or pure synchronization proograms? Hosted sharepoint does seem to have synchronization. I was looking at Groove also.
