I have a firebox II than I am trying to configure. I have factory reset it using the crossover cable from the external to option port. I set up everything in the quick configure but when the software tries to load the configuration file it times out stating it can not load the Tcp/Ip addess. I have the cross over cable connected from the firebox to the pc as well as the serial cable.
Can anyone please help me
