I use the Novell Knowledgebase several times a day:
http://support.novell.com/search/kb_index.jsp

Put a check in the box for NetWare, select whether you want the online documentation "Manuals" and or Technical Information Documents "TIDS". then select refine search further and select up to six products you want to study. This will allow you to search for the exact version of Netware, for example NetWare 5.1. Be warned though that Manuals are almost all about latest versions such as NetWare 6.5. for this reason I normally only select TIDs, this still turns up Manuals sometimes.

What version of NetWare are you interested in and what version of Windows?
For Windows questions I use the Google Toolbar, nothing better. go to www.google.com and browse down the page to find the Google Toolbar.
The following is considered an excellent web site for Windows help:

Good Luck on your venture
