just rebuilt compaq presario 4505 ,worked great just needed to finish upgrades for software and firmware to bring it to date.flashed firmware for cd-rom and lost cd.I then flashed bios upgrade specific for 4505 series compaq. successful shut down ,restart then shut down again to replace cd-rom as I thought I had a bad firmware flash and damaged cd-rom.tried to restart no-luck….os 98 windows motther board sniper,bios pheonix ,133 mghz. cpu, if you can help me save this Itwould be greatly appreciated.. … thanks for the suggestions (if any)
