I have a network where users can come and go at will with their own machine. They will have different versions of Windows. What I need to do is force them to see an informational page when they first connect with their browser. The only equipment in place is a couple of routers. No servers.
What is the easiest way to force a page, at least once? I will install a computer with software if needed.
