I’ve been trying to format this hard drive for 2 days now. It keeps telling me that the partition was successfully created but formatting of drive 1 failed because the system files could not be copied because the file msdos.sys could not be copied because there was Int 13h error 4 reading drive 0 cylinder 66 head 0 sect 15 count 1. I’ve redone my bootdisk several times and it still tells me the same thing. I’ve changed out ram,video,and cpu still the same thing.
