We are currently running a basic Sharepoint intranet. We want to install online form routing capabilities (web-based or other onine method) initially to streamline our new hire/termination and employee changes process (between HR & IT). Is there a product anyone could recommend to put on our intranet for this purpose? I assume the product would be database driven. A typical routing example would be between HR and IT. The process is not very good right now as we simply get requests, often incomplete, sent to our helpdesk system or e-mail accounts by HR.
