I’ve installed an FTP on my Domain. It uploads perfectly to ther computers on the domain. The problem arises on access from the internet.
People are able to download almost the whole file. Once the file reaches 90% – 100% complete the recipient gets a server timeout error.
Heres the catch. It’s intermittent. At times the FTP works perfectly. When I reset the server the FTP normally works for a little while.
Technically Speaking
I am using IIS 6
I have set the timeout for 10 minutes (it never takes 10 minutes to timeout)
I have tried reseting the FTP service to no avail.
Computers on the domain never have trouble, only internet users.
