I’ve been doing some reading for a couple of certification exams, and I keep running across a device called a Hardware Loopback tester for a network card. I’ve asked around and no one seems to know quit what this is. So if anyone knows what this device is and what manufacturer makes it or how to make one youself, please let me know. Thanks.
