I am trouble accessing my external drive. I plug it into the laptop before I start it up.
I can see the WD Elements in Device Manager, but I cannot actually access the drive via windows explorer as it is not visible. I have exhausted all my attempts to trying to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. thank you
