Hi to all. My names is Darin Hostetler and I am an Executive Recruiter with a consulting company in the Detroit area.
One of MY struggles as a recruiter has been the technology in the IT arena. I used to be a mechanice and knew NOTHING about ITwhen I entered the field. Anyhow, my question is this:
Where can I go to get a firm understanding of how the technology works in the IT industry?
I’ve had decent success so far, but am starting to “hit the ceiling” as far as being able to technically qualify my candidates. I realize that I can’t learn everything, but I need some assistance in getting a good understanding. Any help would be much appreciated.
