Help on very old h/w - jumper settings

By Andrew Peters ·
I work for a charity so we use old hardware whereever possible. I have a print server to which I want to attach a second printer. I have a IO card but do not know what the jumper settings need to be. Can anyone help? Card details follow:
Manu: United Microelectronics Corporation
Model: VL Bus IO Interface Card

IO card

normal lpt1: is IRQ 7. you can specify any IRQ setting that isn't already in use. My choice would be IRQ 5. that one is normally used by sound cards. (I am assuming you don't use a sound card). One more important thing: What operating system areyou using for the server?

Please give me more info

The IO card has 2HDD, 2FDD, 2Ser 1Par and Game ports...I assume you JUST want a printer port.

I can give you the jumper settings but there are 2 versions of the card..I have both here but need to know how many jumpers your version has :-)
