I’m wondering why it is you think you need to open/use .PF and .DLL files?

Care to explain what it is you’re doing?

And are accessed with the Software for the specific job that they where included for.

For general Use the contents of these files Are Not viewable.

in relation to ???What should i do??? The correct answer is nothing as nothing is required you shouldn’t be able to open these files and see their contents. Even if you could they mean nothing as they are not in a Human Language.

If you are getting Error Messages that a particular File can not be opened so you are unable to run programs you need to either replace the corrupt file or reload the computer depending on the files that have been Damaged/Corrupted/Deleted here.
