HelpDesk suggestions

I'm a IT student taking a course "Computer User Support for Help Desk & Support Specialists". I have a project for this course titles "Help Desk 2020. I was hoping that someone in the field could give me some suggestions of what the H/Desk will offer 20 years from now. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Help desk

20 years from now! No one can even say for sure how anything to do with computers will be in 5 years. But let me gaze into my crystal ball. Help for all and any computer problem will be sent to local cyberdine i.e. (Terminator)like computer subsets of a major network. If the local help computer can not help the problem will be sent the the open source code middle tier computers. To open a special ticket to let a person check on the problem. Or send it to the M.S rethinking group to have the person's mentality checked and or reboot the person.
