I’m a IT student taking a course “Computer User Support for Help Desk & Support Specialists”. I have a project for this course titles “Help Desk 2020. I was hoping that someone in the field could give me some suggestions of what the H/Desk will offer 20 years from now. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
