High security alert!!!!!!

I am getting the High security alert when intering a bid or paying for something on the internet. I saw this question asked on here the other day. they referenced a (internal fortigate device), where do I find it in my security setup, I am about ready to thro this laptop through the window, after 3 days of trying everthing I know. need advice/help.
Thanks ahead of time for any new directions.

I'm supposing it's some form of IE as a browser and you have the security set to High to prevent unauthorised instances of data disclosure occurring. Is that right?

I would suggest that you download Fire Fox and use that as it's easier to use and intrinsically more secure and will do what you tell it to. The Windows Version is available here

This is classic spyware.Delete everythin out of your temp folders and download adaware to clean the rest out of your registry.
c:\documents and settings\user(you)\local settings\tempuary internet files&temp
also
c:\windows\temp
