How can I display my WAN IP on my desktop?

I have a home server which I use mostly for FTP along with a few other programs I host for friends such as TS. My ISP will not give me a static address unless I upgrade to business class, which is not justifiable for what I am using the server for. My question, is does anyone know of a program I can use to display my WAN IP on my desktop? I have seen that BGinfo by Sysinternals will display information that is useful, but not my WAN IP. I know I can use sites such as whatismyip.com to get that info, but I am looking for a program to display it right in front of me so I can cut out the extra step. Also if anyone knows of any programs like this that will also send an e-mail notification when the WAN IP changes, that would be great! Looking forward to hearing your ideas!!!
