Client computer running XPPro cannot connect to local workgroup because server would not allow the name to be claimed.
Client System event log shows NetBT error 4321 with messsage that the name “WORKGROUP :id” could not be registered on the Interface with IP address xxx.xxx.x.xx. The machine with IP address xxx.xxx.x.yy did not allow the name to be claimed by this machine.
