    How can you assist?

    I have another machine, Zenith pc. When i try to start it it gives this message ‘ Signal cable disconnect ‘, How do i connect this? Which signal cable is it talking about?

      Open the case and remove everything but the CPU, 1 RAM Module and the Video Card if you have a Plug In Video Card. If you have On Board Video forget the bit about the Video Card. 😉

      Then try booting and see what happens. If that works OK plug in the HDD and try again. Continue plugging things in till it either stops working or you have the system fully assembled again.

      If it doesnt work with just the CPU, 1 X RAM Module and Video remove all of the RAM and try again. You should hear a series of Beeps designating that there is no RAM in the system.

      If that still doesnt work post back with what has happened. And remember that ATX Power Supplied have 5 V DC as a Standby Power that is available at all times so it’s very important not to drop anything onto the M’Board while the case is plugged in and not running.
