We have Quickbooks runnning on a Win XP Pro machine & clients are Win XP.
Now one (& only one) user needs to work remotely.
I understand XP pro supports one incoming vpn, so this should be OK. We have a BT supplied 2wire 2700HG broadband router so this needs VPN enabled.
Can someone help me with
1) How to setup the incoming connection on the XP Pro machine? And does it need to have a static ip address?
2) How to enable VPN on the 2wire router?
3) How to setup the client with VPN & how to make it connect to the local server?
