How do i add a record in my windows 2003 server DNS

we have a website that is being hosted by our ISP.The website comes on when users from external access it,but internal users are failing to access the site using http://www.ntbc.co.zm.
Users pcs are configured to use the internal DNS server for resolution.Would anyone please outline what i need to enter in my local DNS server to enable users internally access the website.

    Yes the Network Domain is the same as the website ntbc.co.zm.

      hi,
      I some how have managed to sort out this problem.
      Here is what i did;
      1.i got in touch with my ISP,the ones hosting the website and asked them for the public IP address that they are using to point to the website,www.mydomain.com
      2.On my DNS server,i entered a Host A record in the following format:
      http://www.mydomain.com and then used the IP address i was given by my ISP and everything worked just fine.
