I have a Windows 2003 Server supplied by a French Company. They require remote access and require the current language (FRENCH) to remain. I want to set up a local user account with a default language of English. Is this possible and can it be achieved without re-booting the server?

I'm not exactly sure how you go about doing this, but perhaps I can at least steer yo uin the right direction...if you're using Active Directory? I believe you can use group policy to specify the language of the current user. You may have to download certain admin templates. Sorry, that's a very broad answer, but I can't seem to recall all the details.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
How do I create different languages for different user accounts?
