Not different from connecting wirelessly to your own router at home. How do you do that?
And not different from doing it on your Windows laptop. How do you do that?

As mentioned by kees, the process is simple. I have done this many times to connect my computer when my home internet is unavailable. Simply go to your computer’s internet settings, search for available networks and chose the profile that matches your device (phone for example) and connect to that network instead of a home network. In the past, I would use that method to connect to my tablet where there was no available/reliable data network.
