How do you find files installed via Wine (or other compatibility software)

I recently tried to install a PC only application on my mac via Wine and Wineskin and am now unable to find or access the files. I’ve tried searching directly for the files as well as using computer cleaning applications such as “CleanMyMac” but have been unable to locate them. Is there any other way I can search for these files or search for files of a certain size on my mac, or will I need to hard reset my mac to clear the files?
