Have seen lots of info on recovering deleted emails from exchange and permanently deleting them etc to reduce the size of the Exchange database etc.
But cannot find out how to STOP users permanently deleting the deleted items from the exchange server – to stop them hiding their tracks if they find out about the recover deleted items feature.
There is a good security reason for this request, but I cannot seem to find out how to stop them.
