Can anyone provide a method or best practise regarding getting users to review and cleanup old or no longer required file on the file server. How important could a file be if it hasn’t been accessed in over 5 years, but it’s still on the server. Should we just continue to add disk or try and clean it up it help improve performance, productivity (not always searching for files) and improve backup? Any comments?
