how to configure access of http and https in cisco router 1841 frm internal

I have a broadband connection with a static ip i have con figured tht in a cisco 1841 series router and everything is working fine .now i want to restrict the internet to limited user from my internal network.I also want to enable http for a particular website only

ACL

You need to create an ACL (Access list)on the router interface to deny/allow traffic incoming or outgoing

Note that you can configure 2 types of ACL, but i recommend Extended ACL

eg:
-> Configure your ACL
R1(config)# access-list 101 permit tcp "network address" "wild card mask" any eq 80 (any eq mean port number)
you then need to apply the list to the interface:
#interface fastEthernet 0/1#
#ip access-group 101 out (outbound)
#ip access-group 104 in (inbound)
