how to enable 2 ways internet on isa server 2004?

i have 2 ways internet access.
(1) ISDN ( 2) SATELLITE with dvb card

how can i share both internet access in the client. my satellite network adapter ip is 193.29.53.21.i m using isa server 2004 plz reply me urgent thanks
