How to get folder redirection to work correctly (Server 2008 & XP clients)

I have configured folder redirection for Apps Data, Start Menu, Document and Desktop. All four are configured the same. Only the Start Menu is working.

I feel I am missing something related to it being a Windows Server 2008 with Windows XP clients.

Any suggestions?
